Inside In

Deep cave, knowing not the land,
Of the earth, caverns with crypts voyage only into the
     earth.
Where earth meets land, resolutely halts the cave's advance
An invading probe of light alarms with immediate cessation,
To reach out into caverns seeking earth further down,
Seeking depths to exist where there is nothing deeper,
To migrate caverns to the heart,
Plugging conduits to land, earth's counterpart above,
To achieve the uttermost purity,
Itself, of It, awareness not beyond the core.
