The Vast Alaskan Tundra

The two pictures above are close-ups of moist tundra. Note the diverse colors and plant species. These pictures were taking during the Alaskan autumn in late August. The tundra explodes with colorful flowers during the brief Arctic summer. I hope to visit during the summer and see the beautiful sight in person.
