Kotzebue Cartalk Puzzler

Here we see a small car on top of a metal crate, which has baffled me since I snapped the photo. How did it get there? Were the snowdrifts that high last year, or did someone simply make a ramp and drive it up there? Perhaps we'll never know, but it's fun to look at and ponder.
