Chain of Limit
One who seems most casual to the unfamiliar eye,
But time has eroded that away to reveal more.
And I can't help but fill with pride as I watch her light
Who is it that dwells in there?
Who is it that says she loves me?
My heart is draining me ghostly white,
It overloads from the emotional flood,
Eye-watering energy that won't be cast aside. . .
Do I love her, too?
What is the limit of my sacrifice?
I fear what I shall eventually lose.
The Death draws nearer, soon to be upon me and swallow me
Into a void,
I ponder the clock.
